DescriptionmobileFX Arcadea is an Innovative Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for creating Java Applications for Mobile Devices, and in particular 2D Java Games. The innovation of this product is its ability of hiding the underlying complexity of game development, by exposing a straight-jacket development methodology based on painting-skills and imagination. The development process which is rather simple as it is limited to designing the Sprites and the Stages of the game and then compiling it for any device!
Our design goals were to develop a product that:
* Everyone can learn to it use fast and be productive form day one.
* Inexperienced Game Developers can use it to develop competitive Games through a simple production methodology.
* Advanced Game Developers and Development Teams can use it as the corner-stone of their production development.
* Offer ready-to-use solutions for all game-development-related-issues such as Menu Design, Custom Fonts, Customization and Deployment.
* Produce robust and scalable Games that accommodate all the modern knowledge on 2D Gaming Technologies.
* Integrate a Game Template Model so that each already developed Game can be used as a Template for generating a new one.
